Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what PixelMagic collects, why, and what we do with it. Operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered address], India.
What we collect
Account data — your email address, and a display name if you provide one.
Images — the files you upload and the cutouts we produce.
Usage data — credits consumed, job status, timestamps, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.
Payment data — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details; we store only a payment reference to credit your account.
How we use it
To run the Service (process your images, track credits), to support you, to prevent abuse and fraud, to send transactional email (for example “your batch is ready”), and to meet legal obligations.
We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.
Where it's stored
Images are stored in private Cloudflare R2 buckets, accessible only through short-lived signed links. Account and usage data are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security so each account can only reach its own records. Image processing runs on GPU servers we control via Modal.
Retention
Original uploads are automatically deleted 30 days after processing. Cutouts remain in your library until you delete them or close your account. Deleting your account removes your images and personal data, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Sub-processors
We share the minimum necessary data with: Supabase (database, auth), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Modal (GPU processing), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Razorpay (payments), and Trigger.dev (background jobs).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have rights to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to you.
